Job Summary:

Staffline Operations Careers is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hygiene Operative to join our team at a leading meat factory. As a Hygiene Operative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the production area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that production lines are properly maintained and cleaned to prevent contamination and maintain product quality.
  • Conduct thorough cleaning of the production area, including equipment and machinery, to meet high standards of hygiene.
  • Reassemble machinery and equipment for production the following day, ensuring all parts are properly secured and ready for use.

Requirements:

  • Physical fitness to perform tasks that involve lifting up to 10-12kg.
  • Reliability and attention to detail to ensure high standards are maintained across the site.
  • No previous experience is necessary, as full COSH training will be provided.

Working Conditions:

The role involves working fixed night shifts, 4 on 4 off, with a rate of pay as follows:

  • Under 12 weeks: £13.29 per hour
  • Over 12 weeks: £13.79 per hour
