Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Recra Consulting. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and service to our customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide onsite technical support and service for customer equipment, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Equipment Installation and Maintenance: Install, repair, and maintain a range of equipment, including troubleshooting mechanical and electrical components.
  • Equipment Testing and Evaluation: Conduct equipment tests and performance evaluations to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Document service activities, including detailed reports and relevant customer interactions.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: 70/30 Electrical Bias, in-depth knowledge and experience in electrical, electronics, PLC (Siemens S5/S7) systems, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong technical background with experience in equipment installation, repair, and maintenance, and solid problem-solving skills to analyze and diagnose technical issues efficiently.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach and ability to work independently and adapt to different environments and challenges.
  • Qualifications: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
