Job Title: Principal Information Management Specialist - Systems Integration

KBR is seeking a highly skilled Principal Information Management Specialist - Systems Integration to join our team in Leatherhead. As a key member of our Integrated Solutions business unit, you will be responsible for the setup, management, and operation of interfaces between engineering applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate data management systems integration.
  • Facilitate the setup and configuration of data repositories to meet project requirements.
  • Understand corporate requirements for data collection, conditioning, reporting, and handover.
  • Develop and maintain project tag numbering schema, Class Libraries, and production of deliverables.
Requirements:
  • University degree qualification or equivalent oil and gas industry experience.
  • Relevant years of experience in an engineering data system.
  • Experience of using and managing Engineering Data Warehouses such as AVEVA Engineering, SMARTPLANT Foundation, Li, or similar.
  • Experience of using and managing engineering class libraries using AVEVA Information Standards Manager or similar.
  • IT Skills - Excellent working knowledge of databases and reporting.
  • Strong technical background in Oracle 12c, PL/SQL, ETL, and data warehousing.
  • Expertise with writing and optimizing Oracle/SQL stored procedures and query performance.
  • Automation of processes using different scripting languages like PowerShell, CMD, etc.
  • Strong design and architecture skills.
  • Self-sufficient and creative in defining reporting/data solutions.
  • Strong background with the Microsoft BI stack (SSIS, SSRS, Power BI).
