We are seeking a skilled IT Procurement Specialist to join our team at J & C Associates Ltd. As a key member of our Global IT Recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients across the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Source and procure IT products from manufacturers and preferred vendors, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, client accounts, and procurement colleagues to drive business growth and success.
- Utilize negotiation skills to secure the best possible deals and manage budgets effectively.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize procurement needs, ensuring seamless contract management and commercial awareness.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful IT procurement and sourcing.
- Excellent negotiation, budget management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office suite, particularly Excel, and proficiency in tools such as Oracle (GPS), SAP eSourcing, or similar tools.
- Strong commercial awareness and contract management skills.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and a good attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
