About the Role

We are seeking a Support Practitioner to join our team in Irvine, providing support to individuals with disabilities and/or additional support needs in their own homes. As a Support Practitioner, you will assist with daily tasks, including medication and finances, housework, meal preparation, cooking, and personal care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with daily tasks, including medication and finances, housework, meal preparation, cooking, and personal care.
  • Take an active interest in the hobbies and interests of the individuals we support.
  • Work well in a team environment and on your own.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
Requirements
  • Empathetic and caring nature.
  • Good observation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence in using computers.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and on your own.
  • Good organisational skills.
