HRLife is seeking an experienced ER Specialist to join our team. As an ER Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on employee relations matters, including complex cases, risk management, and training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations Advice: Provide expert advice to managers on employee relations matters, including complex cases, employment legislation, and best practice.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, manage, resolve, and mitigate risk in employee relations cases.
- Case Management: Support employees through the early conciliation and employment tribunal process.
- Training and Development: Create and deliver face-to-face and virtual training on HR-related matters, including investigations, disciplinary procedures, grievances, appeals, and UK employment legislation.
- Policies and Procedures: Ensure policies and procedures support best employee relations practice.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience of working in a multi-site or blue-collar environment is essential, as is a track record of dealing with high-volume, complex employee relations cases.
- Qualifications: Ideally CIPD level 5 qualified.
- Skills: Highly tenacious and resilient, flexible to change in demands, confident in taking ownership of issues to resolution in a timely manner, not shying away from having difficult conversations, excellent communicator able to adapt and build rapport/provide advice to all levels, active listener who is naturally inquisitive and able to coach people to reach a resolution.
Working Arrangements:
Hybrid working - 3 days office, 2 days remote work.
