Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Secretary to provide administrative support to our clinical teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patient medical case notes, maintaining accurate and confidential records, and providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and carers.

Main Duties

The Support Secretary will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality typing and administration services to support the secretarial team
  • Managing patients' medical case notes and maintaining an effective filing system
  • Supporting patients along the defined patient pathway

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable, but not essential. We welcome applications from English and/or Welsh speakers.
