Packaging Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Packaging Team Lead to join our team at Budweiser Brewing Group UK&I. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the Packaging team in achieving our departmental KPIs and ensuring the highest quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Packaging team's daily and weekly activities to meet departmental KPIs
  • Ensure compliance with site procedures and company standards
  • Oversee performance management and coaching of team members
  • Promote safe working practices and address safety concerns promptly
  • Assist with capex projects and improve energy and utilities consumption performance
Requirements:
  • Experience as a team lead/manager in FMCG/manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in applying project management principles
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
