Packaging Team Lead

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Packaging Team Lead to join our team at Budweiser Brewing Group UK&I. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the Packaging team's daily and weekly activities to meet departmental KPI requirements for internal and external customer service and quality at optimum cost.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage the Packaging team, including shift handovers, scheduling, training, performance reviews, coaching, and motivation
* Oversee performance management, ensure compliance with site procedures, and manage shift rotas to maintain flexibility and skill balance
* Promote safe working practices, promptly address safety concerns and incidents, and ensure compliance with safety standards
* Assist with capex projects as required
* Improve energy and utilities consumption performance, and share accountability for maintenance and utility costs across the department

**Requirements**

* Experience as a team lead/manager ideally in FMCG/manufacturing environment
* Proficient in applying project management principles
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
