About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team in Boundary Mills Newcastle. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering the Dune experience and exceeding customer expectations. You will be responsible for guiding customers through our product range, advising on styling and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for customers
- Guide customers through our product range and advise on styling
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the success of the store
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
