Job Opportunity: Female Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. The successful candidate will work closely with a lady in her thirties with cerebral palsy, providing personal and domestic care in her own home in the Cardiff area.

The role involves supporting the client to participate in various activities, including attending the gym, boxing, and caring for her cat and dog. The support worker will also assist with the client's head painting and market stall activities.

Essential qualifications include an NVQ (or equivalent) in care, recent training, and experience caring for individuals with physical and/or learning disabilities. A full UK driving licence and DBS clearance are also required.

We offer a competitive hourly rate, with £13.59 per hour for weekdays, £14.68 per hour for weekends, and £11.44 per hour for weekday nights/sleep rate. Occasional Sunday and night cover may be required.
