We are in search of a Food and Beverage Support Team Member. In this position, you will play a vital role in enhancing the National Trust's mission while contributing to memorable experiences for our visitors.

Working Hours: This is a part-time role requiring 30 hours per week, with a shift pattern of 4 days over 7, primarily during daytime hours, including weekends. There are no evening shifts or split shifts.

Compensation: The hourly wage is £11.50.

Employment Type: This is a permanent position with opportunities for salary advancement based on annual evaluations.

Internally, you will be recognized as a Food & Beverage Team Member.

Key Responsibilities

As a Kitchen Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to support the kitchen team in preparing delightful dishes for our café. Your enthusiasm for teamwork, positive attitude, and commitment to delivering outstanding service will be essential. This dynamic environment requires strong collaboration and flexibility. You will maintain high standards in food preparation and presentation, ensuring that every dish meets our quality expectations. Comprehensive training in food safety and allergens will be provided, along with ongoing professional development opportunities.
