We are currently seeking a Culinary Support Team Member. In this position, you will play a vital role in enhancing the National Trust's mission while contributing to memorable experiences for our visitors.

Work Hours: This is a part-time role requiring 30 hours per week, with a shift pattern of 4 days over 7, primarily during daytime hours, including weekends. There are no evening shifts or split shifts involved.
Compensation: The hourly wage for this position is £11.50.
Employment Type: This is a permanent position with opportunities for salary advancement based on annual evaluations.
Internally, you will be recognized as a Culinary Support Team Member.

As a Culinary Support Team Member, your primary responsibility will be to assist the kitchen staff in preparing delightful dishes for our café. Your enthusiasm for teamwork, positive attitude, and commitment to delivering outstanding service will be essential in this dynamic environment. Maintaining high standards in food preparation and presentation is crucial. With a keen eye for detail, you will ensure that all food is prepared and presented impeccably. We will provide you with comprehensive training, including food safety and allergen awareness, along with any necessary mentoring to support your success in this role.
