Contract Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Contract Manager to join our client, a growing construction company based in Teesside, on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations Manager to provide a seamless and comprehensive contract management service for the business. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Working with the Commercial Manager to procure materials and manage the overall running of the site
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Developing and implementing contract management knowledge, skills, and training for the wider site
  • Aiding the company in developing further envelope services, including glazing systems, door packages, and curtain walling

To succeed in this role, you will have previous contract management experience and a proven track record of running multiple projects with varying budgets, including cladding, curtain walling, and similar construction subcontract experience.
