Contract Management Opportunity

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to join a growing construction company in Teesside on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Operations Manager to provide a comprehensive contract management service, ensuring seamless project delivery and adherence to budget and timelines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Procurement of materials and management of site operations
  • Collaboration with the Commercial Manager to ensure contract compliance and profitability
  • Development and implementation of contract management knowledge and skills across the site
  • Identification of opportunities for envelope services expansion, including glazing systems, door packages, and curtain walling

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Previous contract management experience
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects with budgets ranging from £500,000 to £5-6 million
  • Experience in cladding, curtain walling, or similar construction subcontract management
