We are seeking an experienced Land Referencing Technical Lead to join our team at Climate17 | B Corp™. As a key member of our Land Assembly team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team with substantial TWAO, CPO, and DCO experience, as well as managing finances to achieve and exceed budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Management: Create project plans and resourcing work packages to ensure successful delivery of land referencing projects.
- Technical Leadership: Provide day-to-day supervision and coordination of technical land referencing delivery, ensuring high-quality results and meeting client expectations.
- Client Management: Ensure client-side purchase orders are in place and variation orders are appropriately signed off and monitored.
- Technical Expertise: Provide sound advice and effective management for a wide range of property industry and private clients, ensuring that technical teams complete work on time and budget.
- Team Performance: Support the performance of the team and provide ongoing management and guidance as needed, planning and reviewing training and development needs.
- Commercial Opportunities: Produce resource, scope, and cost estimates to support commercial tender opportunities.
Requirements:
We are looking for an individual with extensive Land Referencing skills and experience of working on major infrastructure schemes as part of multi-discipline teams. A thorough knowledge of planning and compulsory purchase legislation, as well as familiarity with GIS for the digitisation of title plans, is essential. Strong commercial awareness, including finance and technical project management, is also required.
