About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Places Development. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue through the discovery and pursuit of new leads, as well as building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to increase sales volumes and revenue
  • Negotiate deals and maintain customer satisfaction throughout the sales process

About You

We are looking for a highly experienced Sales Executive with a proven track record in property sales. You will have a strong understanding of the importance of data protection and confidentiality, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • At least one year's experience in property sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales targets
