About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrator to join our team at HMP Bullingdon, a category B male prison near Bicester. As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the healthcare team on site, ensuring that patients receive the best quality care and the healthcare team are fully supported.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the healthcare team, including coordinating clinics, chasing referrals, and arranging hospital appointments.
  • Work with SystmOne to upload and update patient information.
  • Assist in the substance misuse admin team when needed.
  • Deal with patients, healthcare colleagues, and other professionals in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

  • Experience within an administrative role or setting, preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Experience of using SystmOne.
  • Confident in using data, maintaining databases, and producing reports.
  • Comfortable dealing with a range of colleagues across specialisms, as well as internal and external stakeholders.
