About the Role

The Senior Philanthropy Officer will play a key role in managing a portfolio of relationships with individual major donors, implementing and enhancing the major donor pipeline, and seeking opportunities for new support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with major donors to secure significant funding for SSAFA's programs and services.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for major donor support, including partnerships and collaborations.
  • Work closely with the Head of Philanthropy and the Philanthropy Team to develop and implement a comprehensive major donor strategy.
  • Collaborate with other teams across SSAFA to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to major donor fundraising.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on major donor progress and achievements.
