About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Cancer Pathway Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a real difference in the lives of cancer patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate cancer patient pathways, ensuring seamless transitions between clinical teams and departments.
  • Provide administrative support to the Cancer Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and action plans.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of patient data, including cancer waiting times and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing the patient experience and quality of care.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in cancer services.
  • Knowledge of cancer pathways, waiting times, and treatment plans.
