C&E Recruitment is seeking a talented and seasoned Lead Culinary Professional to oversee the kitchen operations at a distinguished group of dining establishments located in Islington.

The client operates a stunning historic pub in Islington, featuring an all-day dining menu, a private dining area, and a spacious garden.

The pub also offers a diverse selection of British and European lagers, beers, real ales, and ciders, complemented by a wine list curated by a leading expert to enhance the dining experience.

The establishment butchers its meat on-site from whole carcasses of rare and native breeds.

The Ideal Candidate

The perfect Lead Culinary Professional will possess the following qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in a
    fresh food kitchen

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role with 2-3 Rosette level experience

  • A demonstrated history of managing a professional kitchen, including budget oversight, GP management, and 5* Food Hygiene compliance

  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Confidence in leading a team during busy service periods
