Compensation: Hourly Rate

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable to the Voids Manager for the timely provision of design procurement and contract management of allocated properties.
  • Ensure compliance with Council processes and procedures, and adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance, and ensure the dissemination of best practices in all aspects of the service.
  • Liaise with colleagues in Housing and Council departments to ensure effective procurement, design, and delivery of works.
  • Establish and monitor performance targets for staff under your management within the Voids Team, taking corrective action as necessary.

  • You should be available to work immediately or at short notice.
  • You should have the right to work in the UK.
