Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal, with extensive exposure to corporate governance and entity management.
Robust understanding of UK corporate law and regulatory frameworks.
Familiarity with international corporate governance standards is advantageous.
Proficient in legal research tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with entity management software and databases.
Willingness to engage in a hybrid role requiring two to three days onsite in a Greater London-based office.

Corporate Governance Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and upkeep of corporate documentation, including board resolutions, minutes, and other governance materials.
Ensure adherence to relevant legislation and regulations.
Maintain a comprehensive database of all group entities, encompassing domestic and international subsidiaries.
Guarantee timely submissions of statutory documents to Companies House and other pertinent regulatory authorities.

General Legal Support:
Conduct legal research and provide summaries on various legal matters pertaining to corporate governance and entity management.
Draft and review fundamental legal documents and correspondence.
