A.D.S Construction Personnel Ltd is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their award-winning civil engineering and building company. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced, agile environment, based in Cambridge, and will be responsible for ensuring contractual control and cost management across a wide range of projects for the region.

The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with the production team to manage all commercial aspects of projects, from initial enquiry through to project delivery. You will have exposure to the full project life cycle and will be responsible for maintaining the company's strong reputation.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  1. GCSE's Minimum 7 A-C / 5-9 including Maths and English.
  2. General Knowledge of contractual terms within construction.
  3. Excellent PC skills, in particular Excel.
  4. Skilled at gathering and interpreting data and information.
