Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

Brandon James Ltd is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to support their team in a diverse range of projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying and project management, with experience in pre and post-contract services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the team in quantity surveying and project management tasks
  • Contribute to the development of project estimates and budgets
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contract administration
Requirements:
  • Quantity surveying degree qualification
  • MRICS or committed to achieving
  • 3+ years of quantity surveying and construction consultancy experience
  • Pre and post-contract experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
