Indirect Procurement Category Manager

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Professional to lead our Indirect Procurement Category Management team in the UK Technology Centre. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that drive business value and support our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business objectives and drive cost savings.
- Lead cross-functional teams to negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Develop and implement category management plans to drive business value and support company growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Monitor and report on procurement metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Proven experience in procurement and category management, with a focus on indirect procurement.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions that drive business value.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and procedures, with the ability to develop and implement effective procurement strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
