We are seeking a skilled Lettings Negotiator to join our team at DEU Estates. As a dedicated team player, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our lettings processes and working closely with our team to achieve our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage lettings processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for new business and revenue streams
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases to ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and revenue targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lettings or property sales
- Strong knowledge of the lettings industry and relevant laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
