They are actively seeking Clinical Negligence Lawyers to enhance their prestigious team.

Role Overview

This Clinical Negligence Lawyer position will involve managing a diverse caseload of both pre- and post-litigated cosmetic claims or more complex clinical negligence cases, depending on your experience level.

Cosmetic claims may encompass injuries resulting from procedures such as rhinoplasty, liposuction, breast augmentation, and laser treatments. Complex clinical negligence cases will include significant claims against the NHS, addressing issues like birth defects and severe injuries.

Qualifications Required
Applicants should be qualified solicitors or CILEx with a proven track record in handling their own litigated clinical negligence caseload. Candidates with varying levels of PQE are encouraged to apply.

Experience in claimant clinical negligence is essential, while familiarity with cosmetic negligence (e.g., rhinoplasty, liposuction, breast surgery, and laser treatments) is advantageous.

Successful candidates will demonstrate tenacity and a strong ambition for success. Knowledge of the 'Proclaim' case management system is a plus.
