About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Seafood New Zealand. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing expert support and guidance on our group-wide finance system, Business Central (BC), and other key systems within our diverse business units.

Your role will involve a range of activities, including system support, project management, process improvement, and user training. You will work closely with our Business Systems Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our finance systems and provide expert advice on system configuration, data analysis, and process optimization.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in business systems analysis and project management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Extensive experience in business systems support, particularly with ERP systems.
  • Proven track record in process improvement, project management, and software testing.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel, with advanced functions.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in accounting, commerce, business, or technology.
