About Tom Sellers

Tom Sellers, a two Michelin-starred chef from Nottingham, opened his first restaurant, Restaurant Story, at the age of 26. His innovative approach quickly earned him a Michelin Star just five months post-launch, followed by a second star in 2021. Tom honed his skills under the guidance of some of the world's most influential chefs, including stints with Tom Aikens in London, Thomas Keller at the prestigious Per Se in New York, and René Redzepi at Noma in Copenhagen, all before turning 21. In 2023, he opened Story Cellar, a Parisian-inspired rotisserie, which received widespread acclaim, followed by Dovetale at 1 Hotel Mayfair, offering a sustainably focused menu of reimagined European classics, featuring dishes cooked over the grill and a diverse raw bar.
