About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Advisor to join our team at Avant Homes. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients, helping them to find their dream home.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all on-site sales and administration activities.
- Maintain accurate knowledge of plot progress and update customers on a weekly basis.
- Work closely with the Site Manager and Regional Sales Manager to ensure quality and presentation standards are met.
- Assist in producing key status reports and updates on all KPIs relating to sales on your development.
Requirements
- Previous experience working onsite for a new homes developer in a targeted sales environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with a keen desire to work in a quality-driven business.
- Passion and enthusiasm for providing a first-class customer experience.
- Flexible attitude towards working pattern.
- Full driving licence and own vehicle.
