Overview of Global Risk and Compliance

The Global Risk and Compliance (R&C) function at Tag supports all business divisions and operational functions. Our team is dedicated to enterprise risk management, compliance assurance activities, and governance related to Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ).

This is an entry-level position within the Risk & Compliance team, reporting directly to the Risk & Compliance Manager. We encourage interested candidates to reach out, even if they do not meet every requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in identifying and investigating emerging risks within the region.
  2. Support training initiatives and foster a culture of compliance within the organization.
  3. Ensure effective follow-up and reporting of incidents, collaborating with Legal and HR.
  4. Conduct periodic assessments and audits of Tag's operations to identify potential weaknesses and risks.
  5. Collaborate with regional business development teams to ensure compliance in bid documentation.
  6. Communicate compliance-related information effectively across all divisions and address queries on Risk and Compliance matters.
  7. Help update compliance policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Reporting Responsibilities:

  • Gift and Hospitality and expenses reporting
  • Conflict of interest management
  • Monitoring mandatory training completion rates
  • Sanctions monitoring and analysis of results

Educational Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in risk management, business administration, economics, finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an operational risk and compliance role.

Personal Attributes:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of interpreting complex information and making informed decisions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, proficient in both written and spoken English.

Self-motivated and enthusiastic, able to work effectively with remote teams and reporting managers.

Strong negotiation and influencing skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage deadlines effectively.

Commitment to continuous learning and improvement in a dynamic environment.

Desirable Skills:

Experience in the creative production and advertising media industry.

Knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management principles.

Experience with internal audits.
