Job Title: Teaching Assistant Level 2

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant Level 2 to join our Reception class team. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with our experienced teachers to provide high-quality support to our young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons
  • Assist with the care and supervision of children during lessons and activities
  • Help to maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Support children with special educational needs and English as an additional language
  • Contribute to the development of the Christian ethos and values of our school

Requirements:

  • Recent experience of working with EYFS children
  • Secure knowledge of how young children learn best
  • Excellent understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and be flexible in your approach
