Customer Solutions Agent

Pertemps Glasgow Careers is seeking a Customer Solutions Agent to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £23,500 per annum, with the opportunity to earn up to £300 bonus per month
  • A hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days in the Kilmarnock office and 2 days working from home (after 3 months)
  • A 37.5 hour working week, with flexible shifts across Monday to Thursday and Friday
  • 28 days annual leave, increasing to 31 days after 5 years of service
