About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Support Worker to join our team in Swansea. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personalised support to adults with learning disabilities, enabling them to achieve their daily goals and enjoy activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing support to adults with learning disabilities to maintain their independence and manage their health and wellbeing
  • Working as part of a team to cover day shifts and sleep ins
  • Assisting with daily tasks and activities, including fitness classes and outdoor activities
  • Supporting individuals to develop their skills and interests

Requirements

  • Reliable, caring, and trustworthy individual with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work as part of a team and provide support to individuals with varying needs
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check required
