Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

At Distinct, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting our business functions and driving strategic initiatives that boost performance and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively support business functions as part of the HR team, providing expert guidance and advice to ensure seamless operations.
  • Partner with the Head of People to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
  • Plan and execute recruitment, development, and succession initiatives to ensure the organization has the talent it needs to succeed.
  • Analyze people management data to identify trends and make recommendations that drive business improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective talent management and leadership development programs.
  • Anticipate and mitigate people-related risks during business changes, ensuring a smooth transition for all stakeholders.
  • Lead change management and business improvement projects, driving cultural transformation and process enhancements.
  • Support recruitment, learning & development, employee relations, payroll, and reward processes, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Coach line managers on leadership, people management, and employee development, empowering them to make informed decisions.
