Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Engineer to join our team at Morson Talent on a permanent basis.

This is a key role within our project and engineering portfolio, which spans across our UK network at various sites and stations.

You will be supported and mentored by experienced professionals and given the training and opportunities you need to develop and expand your management and leadership skills within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As a Health and Safety Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, customers, and stakeholders. You will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks, developing and implementing safety protocols, and conducting regular audits and inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and audits
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on safety protocols
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks
  • Monitor and report on safety metrics and performance

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and certifications in health and safety
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
