Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manufacturing and Production Operative to join our team at Pluswork Group. As a Chemical Process Operative FLT Driver, you will play a vital role in the production of chemical products, operating blending machinery and ensuring the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate blending machinery in the mixing area to manufacture chemical products.
  • Conduct quality checks on all products to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Use a Counterbalance FLT to move, store, and load products safely and efficiently.
  • Complete goods received and delivery documentation accurately and on time.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to Health and Safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a chemical mixing plant or manufacturing processing plant (training will be provided).
  • Hold a valid Counterbalance FLT license.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
