The purpose of this role is to build an automation strategy for the site, research and trial new technologies, and design and implement automation and robotic systems to increase efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with key internal stakeholders to develop an automation strategy for the site.
  • Research and trial new technologies for manufacturing transformation.
  • Design and implement automation and robotic systems to increase efficiency.
  • Maintain effective collaboration with operational support teams.
  • Collaborate with NPI to drive best practice manufacturing engineering.

Requirements:

  • LEAN/Agile training and Six Sigma qualification.

  • Understanding of ERP and CAD data structures.
  • Basic or intermediate C# skills.
  • Experience of automated test systems.
