Key Responsibilities

  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with global peers to define best practices and remediate manual or bespoke processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in our compliance operations.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of industry, market, and regulatory developments related to investment products and services, ensuring our team remains up-to-date on the latest requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in post-trade compliance roles within the financial services industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Strong knowledge of global regulatory requirements impacting post-trade activities, including UCITS, IRS, and 1940 Act.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, accounting, or business administration.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional Certifications: CFA, FRM, or other relevant certifications.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with automation tools, such as Alteryx, AI, ML, or Python.
