We are seeking an ambitious and proactive individual eager to advance their career within the Retail Beauty sector. As a Senior Sales Advisor, you will harness your passion for fragrance and gifting to curate a memorable and inspiring in-store experience for each customer, ensuring they feel educated, inspired, and delighted. You will also play a pivotal role in understanding and achieving the sales and service objectives of the team, providing support, guidance, and motivation to your colleagues.

In this position, you will be the ultimate host, welcoming visitors from around the world and showcasing the essence of Jo Malone London to customers, global colleagues, and corporate clients. Creativity is at the heart of our daily operations, from signature hand and arm massages to orchestrating wedding consultations that help clients capture their most cherished memories.

Collaboration is key; you will work alongside a high-performing team to create, organize, and execute in-store events, ensuring that our visual merchandising consistently meets our high standards and stands out in the competitive landscape.
