About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Academic Services and HE Executive Administrator to join our team at Hartpury University and Hartpury College. As a key member of our HE Executive team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our academic services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure academic and quality standards are met across the full range of HE provisions, in line with regulatory requirements and good practice.
  • Support the investigating officer by obtaining and collating all information required in order to enable an investigation to be undertaken, by communicating with internal and external customers.
  • Oversee projects to support a high-quality student and staff experience.
  • Act as point of contact for staff during the absence of members of the HE Executive team, using initiative in dealing with resulting action.
About You

We are looking for an individual with experience in an office and/or customer services environment, who is highly organized and methodical in their approach. You will have strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Word and Excel, and experience of officering meetings. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across a variety of channels are essential, as is the ability to adapt to a varied and interesting workload.
