Senior Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Senior Account Manager to join our team at Perfect Path Recruitment. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for securing new clients, generating sales to achieve targets, and managing customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and grow customer relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Manage and deliver high-quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management, preferably in the IT and telecoms industry
  • Strong understanding of business communications, contact centers, unified communications, networking, AI, automation, and systems integration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
