Key Responsibilities- Financial Analysis: Utilize and develop reporting and modeling tools to analyze daily, weekly, and monthly spending for all business units.
- Financial Partnership: Collaborate with business unit managers and teams to provide financial guidance and support.
- Strategic Planning: Participate in the development of annual five-year plans and quarterly forecasts across all business units.
- Continuous Improvement: Help champion continuous improvement initiatives with action plans for business units and other departments.
- Fixed Asset Reporting: Assist in the management of fixed asset reporting for business units.
- Financial Analysis Support: Provide financial analysis support to program management and engineering for various manufacturing investment scenarios.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- Experience: Financial analysis experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Mainframe ERP systems such as SAP, QAD, CMS or other applications.
