Join Our Team as a Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Process & Controls Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving robust processes and controls around financial reporting, finance systems, process changes, policies, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Finance Manager with the review and documentation of end-to-end process and controls across the Group, escalating potential issues timely and effectively.
  • Partner with Finance colleagues to support with all quarterly compliance reporting.
  • Work closely with our Internal and external auditors to support with the delivery of the statutory UK and US audits and annual SOX programme.
  • Alongside the Finance Manager, support the business and wider Finance team with the timely remediation of any controls issues and performance of re-testing.
  • Involvement in ad-hoc assurance projects and other internal audit or assurance activities.
Requirements:
  • Finance background, either by study, qualification, or experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Curiosity and tenacity with the ability to identify issues within large amounts of information or data.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively to non-finance colleagues.
  • Appreciation of external and internal audit processes.
