Ideal candidates will possess experience in a gastropub or similar culinary setting, along with a background in fast-paced catering. The work schedule consists of four long shifts from Thursday to Sunday, totaling 40 hours per week, including all match days. Flexibility is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Your Role Includes:

  • Developing menus that align with the vision and atmosphere of the Sports Bar.
  • Accurately costing each menu while maintaining agreed profit margins.
  • Ensuring all food is prepared with care, and that the kitchen staff is trained to accommodate special dietary needs.
  • Monitoring and minimizing waste, implementing action plans as necessary.
  • Keeping the food service ahead of industry trends.
  • Managing all associated costs effectively.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen while adhering to food safety and health regulations.
