Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager in Project Management, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and oversee a variety of projects, primarily within the retail sector. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, with budgets ranging from £10,000 to £150,000.
  • Engaging directly with clients, primarily retailers and main contractors in shopfitting.
  • Collaborating with in-house design and manufacturing teams, ensuring project ownership from initial briefing through to final delivery.
  • Conducting site surveys across the UK and occasionally in mainland Europe.
  • Coordinating installation logistics with in-house teams, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Thriving in a dynamic work environment, supported by a growing team of project professionals.
  • Maintaining an office-based presence while being prepared for necessary site visits.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in managing retail projects, with a preference for those with signage expertise or a background in shopfitting or visual displays.
  • Proficiency in IT, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
  • A valid UK driving license.
  • CSCS certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A preference for a car allowance instead of a company vehicle.
  • A commitment to a full-time, permanent role.
  • Office-based work, located in Leeds.
