About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leisure Operations Manager to join our team at Places Leisure. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of leisure services to a wide customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure staff are trained, motivated, and delivering high standards of performance at all times.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to achieve site performance targets, including budget performance, customer experience, and health and safety standards.
  • Chair staff meetings, conduct staff appraisals, and maintain a high morale around the centre.
  • Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and cleanliness of the Centre.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working within a leisure environment and management experience.
  • A motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate individual with excellent customer service skills.
  • Essential qualifications include National Pool Lifeguard Qualification and Pool Plant Operator Qualification.
  • Desirable qualifications include National Pool Supervisor or Management Qualification and Level 3 Leisure Management Qualification.
