Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Operator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the production of precision components that meet stringent specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program, set up, and operate Sliding Head Lathes to produce components with tight tolerances.
  • Interpret and work from technical drawings and specifications provided by clients.
  • Monitor and assess the quality of work produced, ensuring adherence to the highest standards.
  • Utilize appropriate cutting tools and tip grades for optimal machining performance.
  • Employ inspection equipment and techniques to verify component accuracy.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week on day shifts.

Additional Information:

  • Overtime may be required based on production needs.
  • Applicants should possess a qualification of NVQ Level 3 or higher in a relevant field.
  • Experience with Fanuc and/or Mitsubishi programming is advantageous.
