Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Leader to join our team at Lloyds Banking Group. As a key member of our Economic Crime Prevention (ECP) team, you will play a critical role in identifying and preventing Economic Crime (EC) across our business banking, commercial, and corporate businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of risk specialists in assessing and investigating high-risk factors and suspicious activity, determining whether they are within our appetite to maintain or onboard.
  • Partner with colleagues to provide trusted advice to businesses and deliver EC expertise to key strategic change initiatives.
  • Collaborate with 1st line EC Risk colleagues and 2nd/3rd line partners to continually improve our controls.
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate EC risks within a continuous risk management framework.
  • Drive a culture that values, recognizes, and delivers great outcomes through talent development, performance management, and colleague engagement.
Requirements
  • Experience in managing economic crime risks within a continuous risk management framework.
  • Consistent track record in talent development, performance management, and colleague engagement.
  • Strong understanding of EC risks and controls, with the ability to develop and implement effective risk management strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
